When you enter the cave, you find yourself in a small chamber. It is damp, dimly lit, and appears at first to be empty. As your eyes adjust to the light, you see something on the wall, and walk over to it.

The Faerie's Corner

 When you approach the faerie's corner,  you spot an engraving on the wall that says:


  Faeries are kind creatures, and they are happy wherever they go. You have chosen to ally with the faeries, a wise decision. Leave the cave, and return with a sharpened twig. This shall be your tool to share your stories, carved into this wall of history.

  You find a small but sturdy twig outside and use a sharp rock to strip the bark off of it. You decide you might like to wrap it in a leaf so you won't get splinters. Then you settle down on the floor in the faerie's corner.
